Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item remains in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the unopened shipping crate to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original discreet shipping container, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our designated warehouse using a tracked and insured shipping method; customers are responsible for return freight costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies that the factory seal is intact and the product is unused, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
